Changed shareholders? Your UBO records must be updated too. UBO. AML. Renewals. None of them arrive with a reminder. Just fines. One calendar, with every deadline for your company, tracked by one person. So your records are ready when a bank or authority asks. A free health check. Book a free call, or message us on WhatsApp.
Quiet obligations
The obligations nobody reminds you about
None of these arrive with a reminder from the authority. They surface when a bank refreshes your KYC, a renewal is refused or a penalty notice lands.
- Whenever ownership changes
Ultimate beneficial owner records
The register of who ultimately owns and controls the company has to be kept current and filed with the licensing authority.
- If your sector is covered
AML registration and controls
Real estate brokers, dealers in precious metals and stones, corporate service providers and others must register on goAML and keep AML controls in place.
- Every year
Licence and establishment card renewals
Late renewal brings fines and can block visas and banking. Some free zones also require documents before they renew.
- When the bank asks
KYC refresh
Banks periodically ask for updated licences, registers and ownership documents. Missing records can lead to account restrictions.

Client reviews
Clients on working with Aizaa
Very professional team with excellent communication. They were always available when I needed assistance and made sure I understood the process before moving forward. Everything was handled efficiently and with attention to detail.
I am very pleased with the support I received throughout the entire process. The team was professional, patient and clear in their communication. They guided me step by step, explained the documentation and requirements, and helped resolve questions whenever they came up. What I appreciated most was the personal attention and the fact that I was kept informed rather than having to constantly follow up myself. The process was handled in a very organised manner, and I am happy with the overall experience.
Professional service, quick communication and good support from beginning to end. The team made the process easy to understand and was always available whenever I needed assistance. I appreciated the clear updates and the way everything was handled.

Business compliance FAQs
Before you decide
Anything else? Ask on WhatsApp and the person who handles compliance will answer.
What is a UBO register in the UAE?
A record of the individuals who ultimately own or control the company. UAE companies must keep it current and file it with their licensing authority, and update it whenever ownership changes.
Does my business need to register on goAML?
If you operate in a sector covered by UAE anti-money-laundering rules, such as real estate brokerage, dealing in precious metals and stones, or corporate services, generally yes. We check your activity and tell you.
What happens if my trade licence expires?
Fines accrue and the expired licence can block visa transactions, renewals and some banking. The longer it lapses, the harder it is to fix, so we act on it straight away.
Can you fix penalties we already have?
Often. We review each one, settle what is due, and where there are grounds, request a waiver or reduction from the authority.
Do you handle VAT or corporate tax filing?
No. Aizaa covers corporate and regulatory compliance. Tax filing is outside our services, though our calendar will show your registration deadlines so nothing is missed.
