Position

What we decided not to be

There are several hundred business-setup consultancies in the UAE and most of them describe themselves identically. We would rather be specific about a smaller thing.

Aizaa was established in 2015 and works from an office in Barsha Heights, Dubai. We could compete on scale, on the number of licences issued, or on being cheapest. We are not going to win any of those, and firms that pretend otherwise are the reason this market’s websites all read the same.

What we do have is the full post-formation stack — accounting, VAT, corporate tax, audit, TRC, corporate secretarial and liquidation — under one roof, run for companies that are already trading. That is a less crowded position and a more useful one, because the hard parts of a UAE company’s life happen after the licence is issued, not during.

How that shows up in practice

  • We publish a liquidation page. Very few setup-led firms do. Closing a company properly is part of the lifecycle and pretending otherwise helps nobody.
  • We quote before we look. A scoping call is enough to price most work, and you should not have to hand over three years of records to find out what something costs.
  • We say when the answer is no. If you do not qualify for a Golden Visa category, if an audit is not required, if a compliance obligation does not apply to you — you hear that, and it costs you nothing.
  • We do not publish numbers we cannot stand behind. Where a figure is set by an authority and changes, this site says so and tells you when we check it, instead of printing a number that will quietly go stale. A competitor would have put a number there.

What we will not claim

You will not find “number one in Dubai”, “guaranteed approval” or an invented client count on this website. Bank accounts are approved by banks, visas are granted by authorities, and any firm guaranteeing either is telling you something that is not true.

Where we hold a credential, we will name it and you will be able to check it. Where we do not, we will not imply one.
