Who qualifies for the UAE Golden Visa?
The main routes are property investors (AED 2 million or more), public investors, skilled professionals with a monthly basic salary of AED 30,000 or more, entrepreneurs with approved projects, specialised talent and outstanding students. Thresholds change, so we confirm your route against the current criteria.
Can I include my family?
Yes. Spouses and children can usually be sponsored on a Golden Visa, and we plan their applications alongside yours.
Do I have to live in the UAE to keep it?
Golden Visa holders are not subject to the usual six-month absence rule that applies to standard residence visas, which makes it practical for people who travel or split their time.
Does mortgaged or off-plan property count?
It can, under specific conditions, including the value, the developer and the bank’s position. We check the documents before you apply.
How long does the Golden Visa take?
