No single advertised price is accurate, because four things set the cost: jurisdiction, activity, visas and office. Aizaa's quote shows three kinds of line separately: government and authority fees, each named with its source and verification date; Aizaa's professional fee for the scope you choose; and optional costs such as bank support or a trademark filing.

It depends on four things: jurisdiction, activity, number of visas and office requirement. Any single advertised price has to ignore at least one of them. The cost calculator shows which fee lines apply to your case, with a figure wherever we hold a verified fee schedule, and your written quote itemises government fees separately from ours.
A mainland company can trade directly anywhere in the UAE and is usually needed for government work and city premises. A free zone company offers 100% ownership and predictable packages, but generally reaches the UAE mainland market through a distributor, branch or permit. We recommend one based on where your customers actually are.
For most commercial and professional activities, 100% foreign ownership is available on the mainland as well as in free zones. Some specific activities still have local participation or agency requirements, so we check your activity before you commit.
