That 'from' price in the ad? It never covers the whole job. Trade name. Licence. Establishment card. Visas. Emirates ID. And the bank file. We prepare and submit every step. You just sign. One written quote, with government fees itemised, and separate from ours. From trade name to first invoice. Book a free call, or message us on WhatsApp.
Is this for you?
Built for founders who want it done once and done right
Most of our formation clients would rather spend an extra hour choosing the right structure than a year working around the wrong one.

Fees
One fixed quote, in writing, before you commit
We do not print a headline price, because any single figure would be wrong for most people. Four things move the number, and we show you each one.
What sets your cost
- Jurisdiction: mainland, which free zone, or offshore
- Activity, including any regulated activity approvals
- Number of residence visas
- Office requirement, from flexi-desk to premises
Government charges are always shown separately from our fee, so you can see exactly what you are paying us for.

What we will not promise
Bank accounts are approved by banks and visas are granted by the authorities. What we commit to is a complete, consistent application file, introduced to banks suited to your activity, which is what actually improves your chances.
Client reviews
Clients on working with Aizaa
Very professional team with excellent communication. They were always available when I needed assistance and made sure I understood the process before moving forward. Everything was handled efficiently and with attention to detail.
I am very pleased with the support I received throughout the entire process. The team was professional, patient and clear in their communication. They guided me step by step, explained the documentation and requirements, and helped resolve questions whenever they came up. What I appreciated most was the personal attention and the fact that I was kept informed rather than having to constantly follow up myself. The process was handled in a very organised manner, and I am happy with the overall experience.
Professional service, quick communication and good support from beginning to end. The team made the process easy to understand and was always available whenever I needed assistance. I appreciated the clear updates and the way everything was handled.

Company formation FAQs
Before you decide
Anything else? Ask on WhatsApp and the person who handles formations will answer.
How long does company formation in Dubai take?
A straightforward free zone licence is commonly issued within about a week of complete documents. Mainland setups take longer where premises or extra approvals are involved. Visas and Emirates ID typically add two to four weeks, and bank account timelines are set by the bank.
Which is better for me, mainland or free zone?
If most of your customers are in the UAE, or you need government contracts or a shopfront, mainland is usually right. If you serve international clients, consult, trade or sell online, a free zone is often simpler. Our business setup guide compares them, and we recommend one in writing after a 30-minute call.
Can you guarantee my bank account?
No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Banks make their own compliance decisions. We prepare a complete, consistent application file and introduce it to banks suited to your activity.
Do I need to visit Dubai?
Most of the process can start remotely. You need to be in the UAE at least once for the residence visa medical and Emirates ID biometrics, and we plan that visit so it is as short as possible.
What documents do I need to start?
Usually a passport copy, a recent photo and, for some activities or nationalities, extra documents such as a CV, a no-objection letter or attested corporate documents for a corporate shareholder. We send you an exact checklist for your case.
What happens after my licence is issued?
Your company has obligations from day one: licence and establishment card renewals, UBO records, visa expiries and registration deadlines. We give you a calendar with your own dates on it, and can run all of it for you.
