Ownership, structure and approvals: the decisions that are expensive to reverse.
Read the transcript
Need a fifty-one percent local partner? For most activities, not anymore. The real decisions are structure, emirate, and approvals. They're expensive to reverse. Branch, or subsidiary? One of them puts your parent company on the hook. A written roadmap, at a fixed fee, agreed before any work starts. Decide once. Decide right. Book a free call, or message us on WhatsApp.

Fees
Fixed fees, agreed before we start
Consultancy is priced per engagement, not per hour, so the number does not grow while we work.
What sets your cost
- The decision and the number of options to compare
- Whether a full feasibility study or business plan is needed
- How many jurisdictions or entities are involved
- Whether we also implement the result
Government charges are always shown separately from our fee, so you can see exactly what you are paying us for.

What we will not do
We will not sell you a structure you do not need. If a simple free zone company does the job, that is our recommendation, even when a more complex structure would be a bigger engagement for us.

My experience with the team was excellent. From our first discussion, they were clear about the process, requirements and next steps. They were responsive throughout and took the time to answer every question I had. Even when additional information or documentation was required, they explained what was needed and helped make the process as smooth as possible. The level of communication and attention to detail gave me confidence that everything was being handled properly. I would definitely recommend their professional support.

Management consultancy FAQs
Before you decide
Anything else? Ask on WhatsApp and the person who handles consultancy will answer.
Should I open a branch or a subsidiary in the UAE?
A branch is the parent company operating in the UAE, so the parent carries its liabilities. A subsidiary is a separate UAE company with its own liability. The right choice depends on liability, banking, contracts and how you plan to grow, and we set out the trade-offs in writing.
Do I need a business plan to set up in Dubai?
Not for most standard licences. Banks, investors, some regulated activities and entrepreneur visa routes often ask for one, and a well-built plan can make those conversations much easier.
Can you just give advice without doing the setup?
Yes. Consultancy is a standalone service. Many clients use the roadmap with their own team, and some come back for implementation later.
Do you provide accounting or tax filing?
No. Aizaa focuses on setup, government services, residency and corporate compliance. Where an engagement needs accounting or tax filing, we tell you so and say what to look for in that provider.
