About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website. They do not govern any engagement between you and Aizaa Management Consultancy — that is set out in a separate written engagement letter which states the scope, the fees and the responsibilities of each party before any work begins.

Information on this website

The content here is general information about UAE regulation and about the services we offer. It is not tax, legal or accounting advice, it is not a substitute for advice on your circumstances, and no client relationship is created by reading it or by sending us an enquiry.

Regulatory figures, thresholds and deadlines are stated as published by the issuing authority on the review date shown on each page. Regulations change. Where we have not been able to verify something, the page says so rather than estimating.

No guarantees of outcome

Bank accounts are approved by banks. Licences, visas and certificates are granted by UAE authorities. Aizaa prepares and submits applications and represents clients in the process; it does not and cannot guarantee any outcome, and nothing on this site should be read as such a guarantee.

Fees

Fees are quoted in writing before work begins, itemised between authority charges and our own. Where scope changes materially, we stop and re-quote rather than adding to an invoice.

Intellectual property

The text, design and tools on this website belong to Aizaa Management Consultancy. You are welcome to quote from it with attribution and a link.

Links to other sites

We link to UAE authority publications so that you can verify what we have written. We are not responsible for the content of external sites, and a link is not an endorsement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
