How quickly will I get a reply?
Within one working day, Monday to Friday. WhatsApp during office hours is usually much faster. Anything received outside hours is answered the next working morning.
Where is your office?
Al Shaikh Building 5, Al Khabaisi, Deira, Dubai. We are open Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 GST, and visits are by appointment.
Can I visit the office?
Yes, by appointment. It means the right person is there when you arrive.
Do you work with clients outside the UAE?
Regularly. Most setup work can begin remotely. The visa medical and Emirates ID steps need you in the country at least once, and we tell you which those are at the outset.
Is the first consultation free?
Yes. A scoping conversation costs nothing, and it often ends with us telling you that you do not need the service you called about.
