Note: Company incorporation and renewal fees are not published on rakicc.com; the only published figure (AED 12,500) is the registered agents' own annual status fee, not a client fee; pricing reaches clients via registered agents.
Visas: Offshore/IBC companies carry no UAE visas.

What happens after formation
Corporate tax registration, bookkeeping, VAT if you cross the threshold, and — in many zones — audited financial statements at renewal. We set the dates out before you launch rather than after.
