Waiting until the deadline is inside a month
The work takes as long as it takes. Starting in week one of the window instead of the last one costs the same and produces a much better outcome.
Months or years of unrecorded transactions brought current, reconciled and ready to file — without judgement, and without a lecture.
No judgement, and no lecture. Most of the companies we do this for are trading perfectly well.
Verify Regulator-conferred credentials and a live Google review rating are the two highest-value additions to this strip. Neither is displayed until Aizaa supplies evidence.
We would rather say so now than three weeks in.
Process
Each step says what we do and what we need from you, so nothing stalls on an unasked question.
Twenty minutes. How long is the gap, how many transactions a month, how many bank and payment accounts, what deadline is driving it. No documents needed yet.
Priced by period and transaction volume, in bands, in writing. If the scope turns out to be different once we are in, we tell you before doing the extra work — not after.
We send a single checklist and a secure upload link. Missing invoices are normal; we work from the bank record and flag what needs substantiating.
Transactions rebuilt month by month, with a running list of items we need you to explain rather than a hundred questions at the end.
Every month reconciled to the bank, then trial balance and financial statements per year.
Overdue returns prepared and filed where required, then a transition to monthly bookkeeping so the backlog does not rebuild.

What goes wrong
These are the ones we are asked to unpick most often.
The work takes as long as it takes. Starting in week one of the window instead of the last one costs the same and produces a much better outcome.
Half-rebuilt records are harder to work with than none, because everything has to be verified twice.
They do not. Bank records are the backbone; missing documents get flagged and substantiated another way.
A return that has to be corrected later through a voluntary disclosure costs more than filing correctly, slightly later, having told the authority where you are.
If the same process resumes afterwards, the same backlog reappears. The hand-over is part of the job.
Why Aizaa
A scoping call is enough to price it. You are not asked to hand over three years of records to find out what it costs.
This is a normal thing that happens to busy companies. You will not be made to feel otherwise, and we will not use the deadline as leverage.
Reconstruction alone leaves you with tidy numbers and the same overdue filings. We finish the job.
The transition to monthly bookkeeping is quoted at the same time, so you can decide with the full picture rather than being sold it later.
Who handles this
Assigned when your file opens
Every Aizaa engagement has one named person responsible for it. You get their direct line — not a shared inbox and not a ticket number. If they are away, you are told who is covering and when they are back.
Verify Photograph, credential and direct contact details to be supplied before this page is published. Nothing is asserted here that Aizaa has not confirmed.
Answers
Penalties attach to late filings and late registrations, not to untidy bookkeeping in itself. Where something is already overdue, we quantify the exposure early so you know what you are dealing with, and we tell you whether a voluntary disclosure improves the position.
That is normal and it is workable. Bank records are the backbone of a reconstruction. Where an item needs substantiating, we flag it individually rather than abandoning the month.
Yes. The clean-up is only useful if it ends in a compliant position, so overdue VAT and corporate tax filings are part of the scope where they apply.
No. Aizaa is your adviser. We tell you what the position is, and we are bound by the confidentiality in our engagement terms. Where the law requires something of us in a specific circumstance, it is set out in those terms before you sign them — not sprung afterwards.
As far as the records allow. Several years is routine. The limiting factor is bank statement availability, which your bank can usually reissue.
No. The clean-up can be a standalone job and we will hand the records over to whoever you choose. We would rather do one honest engagement than tie a rescue to a retainer.
Yes — and the practical version of that answer is that files are held under the terms in our engagement letter and our privacy policy, and access is limited to the people working on your file.
